Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Special order items may have extended lead-times, but this will be displayed on the product information page. Please contact us before ordering if the item is needed urgently.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure our product availability is correct, sometimes items can become unavailable at short notice. We will contact you as soon as possible if your order will exceed the stated delivery period. Most items arrive before the stated date and notifications are sent before the delivery of bulky items.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
All products (except those marked with extended lead times) will arrive within 7 days, regardless of delivery cost.
The current shipping costs used on viandpro.com are
Free Delivery - no charge.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.
ViandPro do not ship to PO or BFPO addresses.
Excluded address
Whilst we endeavour to ship to the majority of the UK, certain postcodes are excluded. We currently are unable to ship to Northern Ireland and some of the Scottish Islands and Highlands.
Sometimes it may be possible but will incur extra charges. Please get in touch if you are unsure.

Payments
Card payments can be made through our secure payment process on the website. This is provided by Stripe, and all card details and processing are encrypted and handled off site by their stringent and secure card handling systems. No card details are held by ViandPro.com.
Payment by bank transfer can be made by agreement. Please contact us for details.
We are usually only able to ship to the addresses provided in the checkout process.
