The 3m flexible hose (c) should be cut down to the required length and attached to the connection piece (b) and to the 90° adaptor (d). It is not optimum to have loose crinkled joins so try to minimise excess length. You may wish to use a silicone adhesive as well as the tape to ensure good seals between joins.
The adaptor(d) will connect to the ceiling vent(f) with the 10cm length of PVC pipe(e). The connection piece(b) attached to the outlet on the hood.
The filter(a) is installed in the hood underneath the grease filters behind the glass panel.
You should replace the filter every 4-6 months.
