Section 01

About us

ViandPro.com is operated by Burhani Trading Co. Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04284312.

Our registered office is: 2-4 Duncombe Way, Bradford, BD8 9SY.

References in these terms to “ViandPro”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Burhani Trading Co. Ltd. References to “you” or “your” mean the person placing the order.

Section 02

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to browse and purchase ViandPro products.

We may update, change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website from time to time. Although we aim to keep the site available and accurate, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Product descriptions, photographs and other website content are provided to help you select the correct product. You should check all important specifications before ordering.

Section 03

Placing an order and forming a contract

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract for the purchase of a product is formed when we accept the order and dispatch that product to you. Where an order contains several products dispatched separately, a separate contract may arise for each dispatched product.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example because a product is unavailable, payment has not been authorised, a pricing error has occurred, delivery is not available to the requested address, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled goods will be refunded.

Section 04

Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, dimensions and images are accurate. Manufacturers and suppliers may occasionally make minor changes to a product without materially changing its function or performance.

Colours and finishes shown on a screen can vary according to your device, display settings and lighting conditions.

Measurements should be checked carefully before ordering. Where installation dimensions are critical, please consult the product specification, installation instructions or contact us before purchase.

Section 05

Prices and payment

Product prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, where payable, are shown separately before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time, but this will not affect an order we have already accepted.

Pricing errors

Despite our reasonable efforts, a product may occasionally be incorrectly priced. Where an obvious pricing error is identified before dispatch, we may contact you to offer the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

Section 06

Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

Stock indications and expected lead times are provided in good faith but can change, particularly where products are supplied or delivered directly by a manufacturer, distributor or logistics partner.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and offer an appropriate option, which may include waiting for new stock, choosing an alternative or cancelling the affected item for a refund.

Section 07

Delivery

Delivery times, services, charges and geographical restrictions are explained on our Delivery Information page.

Depending on the product, delivery may be made by parcel courier, specialist 2-man delivery service or pallet carrier.

Pallet deliveries are normally made to the kerbside or nearest safe accessible point. They are not a carry-in service and suitable assistance should be available to move heavy goods into the property.

Where no different date has been agreed, we will aim to deliver within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Please ensure the delivery address and contact telephone number supplied with your order are accurate.

Do not book installers until the goods have arrived. Please inspect your order and confirm that the products, quantities and condition are correct before arranging installation work.
Section 08

Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to take possession of them.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full for them.

Section 09

Your right to cancel an online order

If you are buying as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.

You must normally tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Once you have notified us of the cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You can notify us through our Contact Us page or by using the model cancellation form at the end of these terms.

Exceptions

Cancellation rights may not apply to certain products, including goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, and other categories excluded by law.

This cancellation right is separate from your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Section 10

Returns and refunds

Full details of our return procedure can be found on our Returns & Refunds page.

For an unwanted item, you are normally responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You should use a suitable trackable and insured service.

You may inspect goods in the same way you reasonably could in a shop. If handling, installation, use or damage reduces the value of the product beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, we may make a lawful deduction from the refund.

On an eligible cancellation of the whole order, any standard outbound delivery charge paid will be refunded. Where you chose a more expensive delivery service, we are only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery option.

Refunds will be made within the applicable statutory period and normally to the original payment method.

Section 11

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Products supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms or by any manufacturer or ViandPro warranty.

If you receive the wrong product, or believe a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly.

For transit damage, photographs of the item, packaging and affected area may be required so that we can investigate the issue with the delivery company.

We ask that visible or concealed delivery damage is reported as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 24 hours. This helps us deal with carrier claims quickly and does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

For installed products, please use our Report a Fault process before dismantling or returning the product unless we advise otherwise.

Section 12

Installation and product suitability

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for its intended location and application before installation.

This includes checking dimensions, clearances, ventilation, ducting routes, electrical requirements, plumbing requirements and compatibility with existing equipment where relevant.

Products should be installed in accordance with the supplied instructions and by a suitably competent person where the work requires specialist electrical, plumbing or other technical knowledge.

Damage or malfunction caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow the installation and maintenance instructions is not a product manufacturing defect.

Unless required by law, we are not responsible for the cost of installers who have been booked before the goods have been delivered and checked.

Section 13

Warranty

Selected ViandPro products are supplied with a manufacturer’s or ViandPro warranty. The applicable warranty period and conditions may vary by product.

Where registration is required or recommended, you can register your appliance through our warranty registration page.

A warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or restrict them.

Section 14

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

Products sold through this consumer website are intended primarily for domestic use. If you use a product for commercial or business purposes, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, contracts, business opportunity or business interruption to the extent permitted by law.

Section 15

Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform an obligation where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Examples may include severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, fire, flooding, interruption of telecommunications or utility networks, government action, import delays or widespread disruption to logistics services.

Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will contact you where appropriate.

Section 16

Communications

Most communication relating to online orders will be made electronically, including order acknowledgements, dispatch notifications and customer-service correspondence.

Please ensure that the email address and telephone number supplied with your order are correct and check your spam or junk folder if you are expecting an email from us.

Section 17

Privacy and personal information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with payment providers, delivery companies, service providers and other parties where this is necessary to process your order, provide support or meet our legal obligations.

Section 18

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, payment or delivery methods, products or applicable law.

The terms applying to your order will normally be those in force when your order was placed.

Section 19

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and contracts made through this website are governed by English law.

If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory legal rights relating to the courts or laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
